Tried to make 1 faster payment.
kept getting message Not succeeded/failed Final attempt was successful!
Then TO MY HORROR!
3 payments were listed in my account!
The online person blamed me!
“i can see every screen you saw”
I DID NOT SEE A SCREEN THAT SHOWED AN ERROR MESSAGE AND TOLD ME TO WAIT!
Went to branch to complain!
Because I wanted to talk to someone face to face…
but was given online phone number.
Only to phone up and be blamed again.
Phoned at a later date to ask a simple question…
ONLY TO BE BLAMED AGAIN!
