Natwest have informed us that their online banking website is in the final stages of being updated, though a date is yet to be announced for re-launch.  As well as a visual refresh, improvements are being made to add some additional functionality and features.

We’ve already seen most of these features in some form or another on other banking sites, though one that seems to to be standing out is  the ’Savings Goals’ feature.  Rather than just being a target savings tool, they’ve linked it into your accounts so that you get a ‘real-time’ view of how well our doing against the target you’ve set.

Once the improvements are live, we’ll be re-visiting Natwest’s site to look in a bit more detail as to what these are.  Here’s a quick summary of some of the changes coming.
