“Easier Internet Banking is just a hop, skip and a jump away”

It looks like Lloyds TSB are releasing a fairly a biggish update to their online banking service, more so as the are promoting it to their registered users via colourful mailshots even before it’s available.

The revised service is set to be released in a few weeks, and as well as a fresh new look to the site, there are also some new features being added to improve the overall service.

• A simplified design to make it easier to access your account information
• A mini statement option to let you check your recent transactions with just one click
• Quick links that take you straight to payments and transfers
• Improved navigation to make it simpler to move around the site and find what you need
• New help and support features to ensure you get the most out of your internet banking experience

Once these are up and running, we’ll be doing a review of the new features to see if they really do add some vale to their service, and whether they are taking the lead or just following other Internet Banking sites.
