MBNA launch Online Card Services facility

MBNA have recently announced the launch of a new facility called Online Card Services.  This replaces their existing online offering, and has apparently been developed on the back of customer feedback, and includes more concise content and improved guidnace on how to best utilise the service.

In addition to these changes, improvements have also been made in the general navigation of thier site, and a focus on enhancing the help and support areas.  Online tutorials, and FAQ’s are two of the sections that have a noticeable impact.

All of the existing account management tools such as payments, transfers, balances, transactions etc are still accessible in the usual way.

These improvements mark a step forwards for the MBNA brand, with further changes and updates planned for the near future.  To see first hand the changes, a demo of the new features is available on the MBNA website.

If you are an existing customer of MBNA, you can sign up for Online Card Services on their website.

Ian Craig, Customer Service and Channel Fulfilment executive for Bank of America Europe Card Services which operates as MBNA in the UK, said:

“We are committed to making our products and service options simpler to use and the re-launch of our new online banking portal, Online Card Services, is key to that.

“Our customers’ thoughts and ideas have inspired this change and, with their input, we will continue to find ways to bring ease and greater clarity to our services.”
