Alliance & Leicester have informed us that due to essential maintenance, their internet banking service will be subject to occasional interruptions from Midnight until approximately 02:00am on Thursday 13th January 2011. Given the late time frame we don’t think this will be affecting too many of you!

Looks like Alliance & Leicester are again having issues with their online banking service, as we’ve had reports from numerous users of their site that they are unable to get past the Site check and Customer PIN screen. Santander accounts now integrated with Alliance & Leicester’s Online Banking
Santander announced today that personal Alliance & Leicester savings and current accounts have successfully been transferred onto the Santander system. No action is needed by account holders as a result of this transfer and you can continue to use your account details and manage your accounts.
